Stages of this project include: - Rip out - Forming a concrete base to lift the plant room above the basement floor as a form of flood prevention - Installed new MF stud walls and boarded for easy clipping and pipe installation - New system boiler and 300l horizontal hot water cylinder - External plate heat exchanger to keep the new system separate from the old as the old is a one pipe heating system which isn’t going to be replaced at this stage - Water softener - Water filters - New water mains and stopcock - New gas mains - New riser pipework supplying feeds to each floor - And a new bathroom All carried out in a basement 1m high💀 new spines needed!
